STEP 1
Getting to know your project
Here is how it would go if you did commission me! Now you may have started with filling my commission form first but we will alwaysstart with a quick call or chat about your project. During it you can tell me more about its scope & progress.
STEP 2
The Legal stuff
After our chat (and maybe some catchup with your team) we can start really setting things up. If you need a contract or NDA signed, it's now or never! Since long term NDAs might lead to extra fees and by this stage we should have a final quote and deliverables agreed on.
STEP 3
Exploring & Moodboarding
Now in this phase, we’ll be exploring ideas and create a moodboard together!
Bonus: If you don’t know how to articulate what you want yet, tell me what you don't want! Like "I really don’t want a cartoonish font” or “Absolutely no pink please I hate it”
STEP 4
Now it's designing time
Now that we are on the same page, I can create a Illustrator (or Figma) file and start updating you daily on my progress. I will always ask for step by step approvals: from fonts & colors to final touches! Small tweaks and rollback along the way will always be fine but major changes after approval may require a redesign fee.
STEP 5
Work is done!
After a final check of your export preferences and receiving full payment, I’ll send everything by email as a Google Drive link. I might reach back to you later for a testimonial or simply to hear about how your project is going :)
